Elite Island Resorts Group has been welcoming guests across the Caribbean islands for over 40 years. We have long established, best practice protocols for dealing with guest emergencies including adherence to HSAP standards for client welfare. We are strictly following the latest advice of the relevant local, national, and global authorities including the World Health Organisation and Centre for Disease Control and Prevention.
ALL Elite Island Resorts properties will be charging a Resort Fee of US$24.00 per room, per night, payable locally at the resort at check-in.
The resort fee includes wi-fi service, and is inclusive of any taxes.
This Resort Fee applies to all incoming guests, regardless of when the booking was made.
The Government of Antigua & Barbuda charge a Tourism Levy.
The Tourism Levy of US$5.00 per person, per night will be collected locally at all Elite Island Resorts properties. This charge will be made in addition to any other fees, taxes or charges currently applied in resort.
The Government Tourism Levy applies to all guests age 6 and over.
The Tourism Levy does not apply to guests age 0 to 5 years.

All guest rooms at all Elite Island Resorts properties will be fully cleaned and sanitized prior to arrival.
Guests who wish to ÔÇ£opt outÔÇØ of daily housekeeping may do so, in which case we will be happy to provide ÔÇ£touchlessÔÇØ delivery of fresh towels and linens to the guestÔÇÖs doorstep, and collect used items.
Please note that, in accordance with health and safety protocols, occupied guest rooms will be provided with housekeeping services every other day.
All new and existing UK bookings made directly with us at Elite Island Holidays for a stay at one of our locations (Antigua, Barbados, St Lucia and Grenadines) to rebook for a later date, with no change fees until further notice. Customers must notify us at least 24 hours prior to their scheduled arrival date.
Unless your flights arrangements have been made by us, we recommend that you contact your airline or tour operator who will be able to assist you.
All airline changes and cancellations, including inter-island flights to Palm Island, remain subject to the relevant airlineÔÇÖs change and cancellation policies and fees.
If you have booked a stay at one of our resorts through a tour operator or travel agent, please contact them directly and they will be able to assist.
